Pros
Pure meritocracy, you are payed 100% according to what you deserve. Only 4 months of work but during those 4 months a person can make multiple times what he or she would otherwise make in a year, especially if still in school full time. Even 10 or 20 times more. The sky is the limit if you are good at it and work hard.
Cons
It's hard work, gives up most normal "fun" a college summer experiences for 4 difficult months of work.
