Pros
Very good management from upper to office , good teamwork,interesting and motivating training, fun work atmosphere (in my office anyway), get to travel during the summer and see different states, good compensation for time put in, allows you to go to school during "off season", ability to make more money in 4 months than in a whole year without much education required you just have to work hard
Cons
-since you are a contract/commissioned employee, no real benefits
-pretty intense work 6/days a week, 10 hour days during the hot summer months
- satisfying work atmosphere could depend on your manager/co workers
Advice to Senior Management
Keep treating your employees well, keep having great customer service and making sure the reps are trained properly w/ an emphasis on integrity/honesty on the doors...APX is pretty much everything the company I came from wasn't, which is a good thing
